Welcome to the Jersey Shore, not the T.V. show, the real Jersey Shore. Where the water is green and the sky is filled with clouds. What is a start to a good beach day? rolling out of bed and having a gluten free bagel for breakfast. Yum! I can almost taste the tasteless, rubbery dough. Delicious. No, in all reality I’m just whining about it. You would think that after six months of the gluten free life style I would be used to the new food, but alas, I am not. Back to my day at the beach, What music is good for a road trip? Well if you are traveling with my sister and my mom then obviously anything from Glee is our go-to road trip music. Of course when we arrive it is overcast and kinda chilly.  For the first time, I recall not wanting to my clothes off at the beach due to the cold. Fortunately, the sun playfully darted in and out of giant clouds that scattered the sky.

So a couple of hours, more like fifteen minutes, later my legs grew restless. I have a painfully hard time sitting still, which probably explains why I am white as a ghost. I can’t sit still long enough to tan. Despite my restless legs I manage to enjoy a day at the beach, taking pictures, splashing around in the freezing water, and pretending to read my book. And, as all beach days end, well in my family at least, we stopped for some cold ice cream. My favorite flavor? Strawberry!

Now onto my exciting night. Ever play Bunco? Well you should. On of my best friends threw a Bunco party, it’s an old lady game, full of screaming and yelling profanities. It was awesome. As fate may have it you are looking at the overall winner of the Bunco party! Everyone should try Bunco! Can’t wait for the next Bunco party. Bring on Christmas break!!!
